Help us better understand your needs. Give us your ideas. 

This survey is designed in two parts to get input from 1) autistic individuals, or 2) parents/guardians. 

The goals of the survey to understand barriers to education, employment and entrepreneurship; and to get ideas from autistic persons/families for solutions for change.

Responses are confidential. Only aggregate survey results will be used internally by Autismazing.org for evaluation of current programs and development of future programs.

Since 2016, Autismazing.org has been a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation with a mission to improve higher education, employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for autistic persons 13-30 years of age through financial support, programs and other initiatives. We are currently a part-time, volunteer nonprofit looking to grow our impact and our organization.
